Starting another adventure today! I'm headed to Portland to hang with friends and go to a photography workshop I've dreamed of going to for literally, years.
Hope to return with amazing tales and photos to prove it. This summer has proved to be somewhat surreal. So many opportunities have worked out, many of them involving travel. I'm feeling very blessed and don't take a minute of it for granted! What are you up to this summer? Working? Playing? Fill me in...

9 Reflections:
I hope you have the most delightful time EVER!!! {My heart will go with you... :D}
I'm workin' on the farm this summer.
Love ya!
Hope you have a wonderful time--I'm a tad jealous (in a complete happy-for-you way, the good kind!) because I've been in photography for a few years but haven't yet been able to make any workshops. Soak in all that fun stuff. :)
Traveling is definitely a blessing. I've also been able to make a couple trips this year and it was nice to get away.
This summer I'm working with the Youth ministry at my church, and trying to rest before a busy school semester starts. :)
Kaylene, that's so fun! I'm so excited for you. Can't wait to see more of your beautiful pictures :}
This has been a summer of traveling for me too - I'm lovin' it!
That sounds so fun! Can't wait to see your pictures!
Blessings,
Kate
Kaylene,
It was so good to see you a while ago, I wish we could have gotten together before you left! This summer I have worked, done some left over school subjects, etc. I am surprised how fast summer is going!!!!!!! I can't wait to see you, I have some exciting news for you!
Christin
i am sure you will have the most wonderful time. :)
yay for learning! There are no ips workshops anywhere near me, but I'd like to take some kind of lighting class sometime soon. Enjoy! :)
That's awesome! That's where I got my first start into my journey of photography! :) Very fun stuff for sure! Which course are you doing?
Sorry Britton, just now seeing this comment! I was only able to take prizewinning photography 1. Someday I'd like to take the second course as well as portraiture and lighting. Ok, actually I'd like to do them all. :P I follow your photography blog-- its work like yours that made me so sure that IPS would be a good place to start. Your work is brilliant.
